NISHA & CO. NOTARY SOLUTIONS can notarize a wide range of documents, including affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds, contracts, and many others. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific document.

RIN (Remote Ink-Signed Notarization) allows you to sign a physical document remotely. You scan it, email it to us, we notarize it, and then mail it back.
RON (Remote Online Notarization) is 100% digital. The document is signed and notarized entirely online through a secure platform with video recording and identity verification.

You can scan your document using a phone app (like Adobe Scan or CamScanner), a printer with scanning capabilities, or a desktop scanner. Once scanned, email the document to: nisha@nishaconotarysolutions.com

Employees must complete Section 1 of the I-9 form before the appointment. They must provide original, valid identity and work authorization documents. A list of acceptable documents is emailed after booking.

Group notarizations allow multiple signers to be verified in one session. Each participant must complete their intake form and provide valid ID in advance. We’ll coordinate a shared virtual meeting (Zoom or Google Meet) or conduct it in person if arranged.

An apostille is a certification that verifies the authenticity of a document for use in another country. 

For RIN and Apostille services, your documents are sent via USPS or FedEx. You’ll receive tracking information. For RON, the notarized document is emailed as a secure digital PDF immediately after the session.

Pricing shown on the website reflects base rates. Final costs depend on:

• The number of documents
• How many signers
• The service selected (e.g., RON, RIN, Apostille, I-9, Group)
  Once you submit your intake form, an invoice with the exact total will be sent for your review.

For RON services, we use a secure, legally compliant online notarization platform (e.g., BlueNotary). For remote I-9 and group services, sessions are typically held on Zoom or Google Meet.
