- Ability to upload a PDF of your document

Process:

1. Upload your document through the RON platform.

2. Complete identity verification.

3. Meet via the secure platform for signing.

4. Receive your notarized document immediately after the Remote Ink-Signed Notarization.

Platform: Conducted over Zoom or Google Meet Requirements: Valid ID, Scanner, printer, or mobile scanning app, Email access Process: For I-9 Employment Verification, scan and email your document to NISHA@NishaCoNotarySolutions.com. Meet via Zoom or Google Meet. I will verify your identity and witness the signing live. This process includes Remote Ink-Signed Notarization, and I will notarize the document and return it to you by scan or mail, ensuring you have completed your Remote Online Notarization.

Individual I-9s can be processed through I-9 Employment Verification, allowing you to meet remotely via Zoom or Google Meet, or in person. During this process, you will complete Section 2 of the I-9 form, and the employer will receive a completed I-9 along with a photo of your ID. 

For Group I-9 Services, we offer a convenient solution for multiple employees, making it ideal for HR departments and staffing firms. You can schedule one bulk appointment for all verifications, utilizing options such as Remote Ink-Signed Notarization or Remote Online Notarization for added flexibility.
